We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the Continental U.S. (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - shipping to these areas is $8.95).Â
Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed processing.
All orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days with standard shipping. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Once the U.S. Postal Service has received the order from us, it’s estimated that your package will arrive in 3-5 business days. This is an estimate, and there is NOT a guarantee on the arrival date. We are not responsible for conditions beyond our control, so thank you for your understanding.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once they've been marked as received by the U.S. Postal Service.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be re-shipped at the customer's expense. We are unable to refund or replace orders for packages marked as delivered. Tracking information is provided for all orders so you can file a claim with USPS if needed.Â
