Due to increasing postal service costs, shipping is $6.95 flat rate for all orders under $75, and free for all orders over $75 (in the Continental United States - excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).Â
Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed processing.
All orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days with standard shipping. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Once the U.S. Postal Service has received the order from us, it’s estimated that your package will arrive in 3-5 business days. This is an estimate, and there is NOT a guarantee on the arrival date. We are not responsible for conditions beyond our control, so thank you for your understanding.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once received by the U.S. Postal Service.
Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim.
